The Soft Water, Inc service department is capable of diagnosing and repairing any problem that may arise with almost any type of water treatment system. All our Waukesha water softener repair staff are certified Plumbers with at least 15 years of experience. With a full-time dedicated water softener service department, we are always able to address your problem in a timely and convenient fashion.
The Soft Water, Inc service trucks are fully stocked with parts for almost every type of water treatment system including Culligan™, Autotrol™, Hanson, Fleck™, Sears™, Hellenbrand Watermate® & Promate® and Clack™ valves.
What this means is we can repair or fix your problem on the first call without the need to return to the store to order or pick up parts.
In addition, our water treatment systems/water softener repair technicians receive ongoing training which keeps them up to date with any changes that may arise in the field of water treatment. If you install a water treatment system from Soft Water Inc., you may never have the pleasure of meeting any of our service personnel.
